What Drives Us

Our Foundation

Mission

To provide thoughtful, evidence-based rehabilitation that empowers children and adults to move better, function with greater independence, and participate more confidently in everyday life.

Vision

At TurtleCare, we envision a rehabilitation space where progress is defined not just by immediate improvement, but by outcomes that can be sustained over time. Through personalized care, we aim to help children and adults build the function, confidence, and independence needed for lasting participation in everyday life.

Our Origin Story

We are two best friends who first met at Ramaiah Medical College during our Bachelor's in Physiotherapy. What began as a shared academic journey soon grew into a friendship that has now lasted nearly a decade!

Over the years, our journey continued to evolve in meaningful ways. We went on to pursue our Master's in Paediatric Physiotherapy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, while also gaining experience across multiple clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation settings. Working in different environments gave us invaluable exposure — not just to diverse patient needs, but also to the many ways care can be delivered well, and the many ways it can fall short.

As we learned, worked, and grew, one dream stayed with us: to build a space of our own. A space that would bring together everything we valued most about rehabilitation — a holistic approach, strong clinical foundation, and genuine human connection.

TurtleCare was born from that vision.

We hope to build not just a centre, but a community. One that supports children, adults, families, and therapists alike. And one that grows into one of the most trusted physiotherapy and rehabilitation centres for meaningful, lasting care.

Our Approach

Sustainability

For us, sustainability in rehabilitation means creating progress that lasts — progress that supports independence, fits into everyday life, and can be maintained well beyond the therapy room. It is this belief that shapes our approach to care and the values we hope to embody as a centre:

Why the Turtle?

Slow. Steady. Intentional.

The turtle is a symbol of longevity, stability, and wisdom — values that deeply resonate with the way we understand healing. Known for its slow, steady, and methodical movement, the turtle reminds us that meaningful progress is not always rushed, but built with patience, resilience, and consistency over time.

In many ways, rehabilitation follows the same path. It asks for trust in the process, courage through challenges, and faith in small steps that gradually lead to bigger change. At TurtleCare, the turtle represents our belief that healing is not just about moving faster, but about moving forward with the right support, at the right pace, and towards outcomes that truly last.
