TurtleCare provides physiotherapy and rehabilitation services for children and adults at our clinic in Shankarapura, Bengaluru. All clinical services are delivered by qualified, registered physiotherapists.

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp. • We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • TurtleCare reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as early as possible should this occur. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability.

Patients and their guardians are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information regarding medical history, current conditions, and medications. • Following the advice and home programmes provided by their treating physiotherapist. • Attending sessions on time and communicating any concerns about treatment promptly.

TurtleCare is not liable for outcomes arising from the provision of incomplete or inaccurate medical information.

Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made.

TurtleCare's liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific session. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
